Important Information and Upcoming Changes.

Price increase starting July 1st

With our recent change of location and to continue to provide our one on one, express services we will be implementing a 10% price increase for all clients starting July 1st.

This price increase will not affect our house call clients as they have a fixed price due to transportation and accommodations.

Late & Cancellation Policies-

After our recent move we have had an influx of new clients, which has affected the availability of the schedule greatly.

ALL clients will now receive two notifications prior to their visit with us to ensure the date & times are communicated effectively.

With this, all final reminders will include a short summary of our policies stating we cannot accept clients after 15 minutes past their respected appointment time. This means your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be placed on a waitlist.

After two late visits or no-call/no-shows you will be required to place a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total visit to rebook. This can be transferred with a reschedule of adequate notice and is applied to the cost of the grooming.


Scheduling Changes-

Moving forward we will be slightly staggering appointments, extending appointment times by approximately 15-30 minutes.
This will allow more flexibility with late pickups, while still allowing pets to have their individual grooming times.

If you stay with your pet for grooming or your pet is extremely aggressive or reactive to other pets your appointments will not be staggered.

Please understand that The Desert Dog Spa is a solo operated grooming facility, and these changes add ease to the flow of the day and will help eliminate the stress of our schedule falling behind.
